Our all-inclusive model covers utilities, groceries, meals, supplements, house cleaning, therapies, and access to community activities. We even offer electric vehicle sharing options tailored to each tier level, providing members with a convenient and eco-friendly way to meet their transportation needs.
No one has to sacrifice to make ends meet. Our goal is to provide a much higher quality of life for much less, thanks to the economies of scale. This also frees up so much time that people normally spend on mundane activities, like grocery shopping, cleaning, and car maintenance.

A Tiered Approach
Let's face it, socialism sucks! Which is why we use a tiered system to provide vastly different amenity levels per home at various price points. Everyone deserves access to regenerative community living, but that doesn't mean everyone gets the same thing.
There are no chores or time requirements for our community members, because forcing people to do things just doesn't work. Instead, we factor in the cleaning, mediation, and other administrative costs into our fee and we compensate our members for keeping our community running professionally.
We incentivize instead of penalize. If you want to cook for the house, lead a hike, or manage the greenhouse, you're compensated for it. If you'd rather focus on your own work and just enjoy the community, that's fine too. The system works either way.
