What Membership Looks Like

Your home. Your community. Your launchpad.

A Day in the Life

Imagine waking up in a beautifully retrofitted home with 8-10 people you actually chose to live with. You step into the kitchen where breakfast has been prepared by community staff with locally grown food from the greenhouse out back. There's fresh coffee, conversation, and no rush.

After breakfast, you walk to the co-working space to work on your social enterprise. Your co-founder lives three doors down. Your mentor is in the next room. The back-office support you'd normally spend thousands on? It's handled.

Afternoon yoga or strength training is included. You don't have to think about a gym membership or drive across town. It's right here, with people who know your name and care about your well-being.

Communal dinner is professionally facilitated. Not just food on a table, but intentional time together that builds the trust and intimacy that make community living actually work. After dinner, you can work on your project, join a workshop, or just be.

All of this for one monthly community fee. No surprise bills. No nickel-and-diming. Just life, well lived.

What's Included

Your community fee covers everything you need to live well and focus on what matters to you:

  • Housing in a retrofitted single-family home, sized for intimacy and comfort
  • All meals, groceries, and supplements (locally sourced, organic where possible)
  • Utilities and high-speed internet
  • House cleaning and maintenance
  • Electric vehicle sharing (tiered by amenity level)
  • Co-working space access and back-office support
  • Therapy and mediation services
  • Community activities, workshops, and group outings
  • Social enterprise incubator access and mentorship

No hidden fees. No separate subscriptions. No spending your weekends on chores you hate. We've thought through all the things that drain your time and energy, and we've built them into the model.

Earn Your Home

Our co-op shares model means that every contribution you make to the community builds toward long-term security. One share equals one day of community living. It's that simple.

For those that can't invest monetarily, we offer plenty of opportunities to earn shares by doing work in our community homes. Lead a workshop, manage the greenhouse, cook meals, handle admin tasks. All of it counts. All of it's compensated.

There are no chores. No forced labor. No mandatory volunteering disguised as "community building." When you contribute, it's professional work and you're compensated professionally. The system runs on incentives, not guilt.

No matter what happens in the economy, your home is never in jeopardy. That's the promise of a share-based model that's immune to inflation and insulated from market chaos.

Elder Care Done Differently

Baby boomers are facing serious headwinds as they strive to make it through their golden years without being bankrupted by medical care or ending up in the mind-numbing purgatory of a corporate nursing home.

Some of our community homes are specially geared towards multi-generational living and caring for elders so that they can feel part of a family and die in a home surrounded by people they love. Not in an institution. Not alone.

For people whose home is their only major asset, we offer a program where they can exchange their home equity for community shares, ensuring they can continue to live there as part of the community and receive a level of care and support that's unprecedented in the corporate run senior housing industry.

Our fully inclusive model sets elders up for graceful aging through nutritious meals, wellness programs like yoga and strength training, meaningful community activities, and the intergenerational connections that keep minds sharp and spirits high.
