Our Vision
A purpose-driven co-living community and social enterprise incubator
The World We're Building
We're nurturing a network of regenerative cooperative community homes and social enterprises. We're enabling people who are passionate about holistic living to transition into a sustainable lifestyle that doesn't require them to sacrifice comfort, ambition, or connection.
Our communities are interconnected impact hubs at the forefront of individual well-being, environmental harmony, and societal advancement. We think in terms of seven generations, not seven quarters. Every decision we make today echoes into the future we're co-creating with our members.
The real magic comes from pulling in amazing people and dwelling in that space of attraction and manifestation where we get to co-create a reality that's bigger than any one of us. This isn't something we plan to build someday. We're building it now.
Why This Matters
The loneliness epidemic is taking an immense toll on our well-being and spirits. Housing costs are spiraling out of reach for working families. Elder care has been reduced to a corporate nursing home experience that strips people of their dignity. And most of us are burning out chasing someone else's dream in jobs that don't feed our souls.
Traditional communities are built on idealism. We're built on reality.
Grounded in reality, instead of idealism, and geared towards the doers instead of the talkers. We've learned the hard way that utopian values are a recipe for disaster. But we've also seen the special sauce that actually makes communities functional, and it's not that complicated. It just takes the right structure, the right people, and the willingness to do things differently.
The Regenerative Model
We retrofit large single-family homes to create co-living communities that are ideally sized for intimacy (6-12 people) while providing ample personal space. Solar panels, greenhouses, gardens, tiny homes, and shared electric vehicles are all integral parts of our playbook to bring down our carbon footprint and eat locally.
We're focused on the Denver Metro Area initially, where we can tie enough community homes together to scale the network effect. Our properties are transformed into permaculture havens, producing an immense amount of food abundance through professional staff dedicated to eco-friendly practices.
This isn't about roughing it in a yurt. It's about living better than you do now, with a fraction of the environmental impact, surrounded by people who are building something meaningful.
Fargin: The Power of Collective Success
At the heart of our community lies Fargin, a unique and vital aspect of our culture. Fargin is the ability to celebrate another person's joy or success without envy or jealousy. But it goes deeper than that; it's a commitment to economic empowerment and solidarity among our members.
We foster an atmosphere where members support one another's enterprises, growth, and achievements, creating a virtuous cycle of shared success and long-term wealth. This means purchasing from within our community network, even when goods or services can be found more cheaply elsewhere. We reinforce the bonds of trust and mutual support that underpin our collective prosperity.
When your neighbor's business thrives, your community thrives. When your community thrives, you thrive. That's not some abstract economic theory. That's just how it works when people actually show up for each other.
Community Done Right
We've learned the hard way that utopian values without structure are a recipe for disaster. So we do things differently.
First, we have a careful screening process and probation period to ensure that everyone who comes into our community is a good fit. We don't just throw people together and hope for the best.
Second, communal meals are included and professionally facilitated to make the most of that time together instead of more small talk. Just imagine being compensated to lead your friends on a hike or a bike ride because group outings build trust.
Third, mediation and therapy are included in our community fee, so people can work through their problems without projecting on others.
Our goal is to demonstrate that harmonious community living is actually possible long term. Without a guru directing you. Without pretending conflict doesn't exist. Just real people doing the work to live well together.
